A trifle is light, refreshing, slightly sweet, slightly tart, delicious, and perfect for summer holidays. This versatile dessert is also very easy to assemble with many different ingredients you may already have on hand. The possibilities are endless: you can use fresh or frozen berries, jam or preserves, stabilized whipped cream or pastry cream, cream cheese, pudding, pound cake, ladyfingers, chiffon cake, fudge sauce, or ganache—all keto, of course. Use your imagination to create a unique and beautiful dessert.

1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
Add ingredients to a medium pot and simmer until thick and glossy
