112g/about 1 Cup Mixed Nuts (broken into small pieces after measured) I used one that was 2g Net Carbs per 1/4 Cup

30g/3 Tbs. Hemp Hearts
If not using roasted and/or salted nuts, roast nuts before breaking up and add a bit of salt
Sticky Syrup
100g/ 1/2 Cup- 3/4 Cup Allulose (depends on the grind of your brand)
10g/1 Tbs. Inulin
56g/4 Tbs. Salted Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
20g/1/4 Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate
