½ oz peach liqueur (15 ml)
½ oz cynar (15 ml)
1 oz mezcal (30 ml)
1 oz bourbon (30 ml)

2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
3 oz pineapple juice (90 ml)
½ oz lime juice (15 ml)
1 oz passion fruit puree (30 ml)
½ oz Licor 43 (15 ml)
½ oz Maraschino Liqueur (15 ml)
1 ½ oz blended aged rum (I used Chairman's Reserve)
1 ½ oz bourbon (45 ml)

3 drops Elemakule Bitters
1 oz lemon juice (30 ml)
¾ oz pineapple juice (22.5 ml)
¼ oz cinnamon syrup (7.5 ml)
½ oz orgeat (15 ml)
½ oz Pierre Ferrand dry curacao (15 ml)
½ oz Stiggins Fancy pineapple rum (15 ml)
