Today's cocktail *On Christmas Island* comes from Lost Lake in Chicago. During the pandemic, Lost Lake put out a newsletter that often featured recipes. *On Christmas Island* was created for a Christmas pop-up in 2017 and features plenty of rum and spice. This is a very very very good Christmas Cocktail and overal just a great drink. There is plenty of of bold flavors with the use of ginger and passion fruit, not to mention some bold and flavorful rums as well.
