Today we make *The Legend Continues," which is a rum flip by Trey Jenkins. It combines coffee, OJ, orgeat, aged rum, and an egg. The original used Brugal 1888, but any aged rum will work well here. I chose to use Appleton 8 and El Dorado 12.
