The "Sinking Stone". Created by Ixy Mix, This gem was brought to my attention by my very good friend Mark, @artistwithacocktail on IG. Leveraging the amazing flavors of Cynar, this split base sipper is def on my menu. Very well balanced, this cocktail is a great example of how Cynar can elevate a great cocktail.

Ingredients include:

37.5 mil/1.25 oz Mezcal
15 mil/.5 oz Jamaican Rum
15 mil/.5 oz Cynar
15 mil/.5 oz Blanc Vermouth
7.5 mil/.25 oz Pineapple Rum

Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve over sexy ice in a rocks glass
Garnish with an orange twist.
