Today's cocktail, the "Semester Abroad", comes from my good friend Anders Erickson.

This cocktail is one that I really enjoy!!! An Anders' original creation, this cocktail uses a perfect combo of spirits/amaro to produce a complex tasting sipper.

Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz Rye
30 mil/1 oz Orange curacao
15 mil/.5 ox Fernet Branca

Add all ingredients in a mixing glass
Stir for 20 seconds
Serve neat in a chilled, fancy cocktail glass
Top with orange oil, discard peel.
