The cocktail named, "I would do everything the same all over again", created by @Will.bake.for.booze, on Instagram is a def must make if you like Cynar!!! The combo of Jamaican rum and Amari makes for a great cocktail!!! This didn't disappoint. This is a very complex and balanced sipper that works perfectly with the Absinthe rinse.
Ingredients include:
30 mil/1 oz Jamaican rum (Smith and Cross if you have it)
22.5 mil/.75 oz Cynar 70 (or regular Cynar)
15 mil/.5 of Amaro Meletti
7.5 mil/.25 oz Dom Benedictine
4 Dashes of Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
Add ice, stir for 20-30 seconds
Serve "up" in an Absinthe rinsed, chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a twist of lemon (opt)
