The Avion de Papel is variation on the modern classic Paper Plane by Lily Dean from Old Kentucky Bourbon Bar, KY. The riff uses a combo of Meletti and Tequila, which is awesome!!! I love trying different Amari with Tequila, and this works perfectly. I def think this is a must try!!!

Ingredients include:
30 mil/1 oz Blanco Tequila
30 mil/1 oz Amaro Meletti
30 mil/1 oz Aperol
30 mil/1 oz Lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
