The "Barbara Martinez". In my ongoing quest for Amari, I put my newest find to the test. This cocktail offers hints of cherry, rhubarb, juniper and has a bitter/sweet finish. This is a 9/10.

Ingredients include:

45 mil/1.5 oz Zucca Rabarbaro
45 mil/1.5 oz Dry gin
10 mil/.33 oz Maraschino liqueur
2 Dashes - Angostura bitters

Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
