The "Scorched Earth". Originally created by Nick Hearin, this Negroni riff is a must try for sure!! You could use Cynar instead of Zucca for a different sip, but otherwise, this is a very well balanced and tasty cocktail!!

Ingredients include:

30 mil/1 oz Mezcal
30 mil/1 oz Campari
30 mil/1 oz Zucca
2 Dashes - Orange bitters

Stir down with ice for 20-25 seconds
Serve over a sexy piece of ice in a rocks glass
Garnish with an orange twist.
