"Me, myself and I". Created by the legendary Simon Difford, @diffordsguide, in 2023, this is an easy sipper with lots of character. Leveraging the amazing flavors of Italicus, this gem offers hints of citrus, orange, gentian, caramel and a slight smoky finish. I finally got my hands on some Italicus, and it doesn't disappoint!! If you like 3 ingredients cocktails, THIS should be in your rotation!!
Ingredients include:
30 mil/1 oz Italicus Liqueur
30 mil/1 oz Mezcal
30 mil/1 oz Amaro Montenegro
Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve over ice in a rocks glass
Garnish with an orange twist.
