The "Old Fashioned Wife Catcher". Remaking one of my first originals, I think this fits today's palate. I like this tiki-fied version, and it continues to be a fave of mine!! I hope y'all enjoy this as much as I do!!

Ingredients include:

30 mil/1 oz Coconut Rum
30 mil/1 oz Pineapple Rum
15 mil/.5 oz Cointreau
3 Dashes - Tiki Bitters
1 Bar spoon - Demerara syrup

Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve over sexy ice in a rocks glass
Garnish with an orange twist.
