"Alta California". Created by Alex Day, at Death and Co., @deathandcompanybar, this might be the most surprising sip I've ever had!! With just a little cinnamon syrup, it really added a nice level of complexity and worked so well with the Tequila. A cocktail you have to try to believe!!

Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz Blanc Tequila
22.5 mil/.75 oz Bianco Vermouth
15 mil/.5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1/4 Bar spoon - Cinnamon syrup

Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass.
