The "Exclamation point". A riff on the classic "Ampersand" cocktail, this cocktail celebrates the exclamation point. I may or may not over use it, but I think it makes a point!!!

Ingredients include:

30 mil/1 oz Earl grey infused gin
30 mil/1 oz Cognac
30 mil/1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 Bar spoon - Orange Liqueur
1 Bar spoon - Simple syrup
2 dashes - Lemon bitters

Stir down for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
