To celebrate what would have been my Grandmother's 102nd birthday, I created what I think is a cocktail she'd like to at least look at, since she didn't drink!! She loved to wear red, so I had to make the color to her liking!! It's a semi dry cocktail with lots of cherry notes. The bitters worked very well with the Lillet Rouge. It reminds me of a cherry Claridge!!! CHEERS!!!!

Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz London Dry Gin
22.5 mil/.75 oz Lillet Rouge
15 mil/.5 oz Maraschino liqueur
2 Dashes of Angostura bitters
1 Dash of Peychauds bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
Stir for 20-30 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled Nick and Nora
Garnish with a cherry
