Prune juice makes such an interesting syrup, it has to be made NOW!!! Combined with Bourbon, it makes an awesome Old Fashioned!!!! Ginger bitters adds a nice flavor and a bit of spiciness to this awesome sipper.


Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz Bourbon
30 mil/1 oz Prune juice syrup
3 Dashes - Ginger bitters
1 Dash - Orange bitters

Build directly in a Rocks glass
Add a chunk of ice, stir for about 15 seconds
Candied ginger garnish.
