The "Cynar Martini". Using an Italian Gin (Piu Cinque), this is a great Martini with lots of flavor. The Rhubarb bitters really elevate this Italian classic!!!

Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz Italian Gin
15 mil/.5 oz Cynar
2 Dashes - Rhubarb bitters

Stir down with ice for 20 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a lemon twist.
