The "Smoke of Etna". This reverse Manhattan style cocktail, which can be made with or without smoking, is def a great cocktail to play with your Amari with. Using a great Amaro, you will def enjoy this with it's bittersweet notes.

Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz Amaro Dell'Etna
30 mil/1 oz Rye whiskey
1-2 Dashes of Ango bitters

Smoke the glass with smoker (opt)
Build in a Rocks glass by adding all ingredients
Add ice to glass, stir for 15-20 seconds
Garnish with lemon twist.
