Today, we're making a Gin Sour, which is a great sour. This cocktail, which I've never tried before, was suggested by my good friend Pete, from "Uncle Pete's Cocktail Shop". It is a very tasty and easy drinking cocktail. The addition of Amaro Dell Etna serves as a great flavor enhancer.
