This cocktail, which can be found on "Steve the Bartenders" YouTube channel, is a very tasty and slightly tart sour. The grenadine is a perfect match with the lime juice!!

Ingredients include:

60 mil/2/oz White rum
15 to 30 mil/.5 to 1 oz Lime juice
15 to 30 mil/.5 to 1 oz Grenadine
22.5 mil/.75 oz Egg white
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, dry shake for 15 seconds
Add ice, shake for an additional 10 seconds
Double strain, over ice, into a rocks glass
Garnish with a twist of lime (opt)
