"Fall, in Manhattan". This original cocktail is a great way to start the Fall season. Featuring an amazing aromatic bitters, provided to me by my good friend Peter, @patricians_smallbatch_bitters, on IG, this has hints of apples, caramel, orange and baking spices.

Ingredients include:

60 mil/2 oz Lairds Bottled in bond apple brandy
15 mil/.5 oz Amaro Meletti
2-3 Dashes- Aromatic bitters

Stir down with ice for 20-30 seconds
Serve "up" in a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
