How to make the Chirulín, the Pisco cocktail that's actually older than the Pisco Sour
2 oz Pisco (I recommend using a Peruvian Acholado Pisco)
1.5 oz FResh Grapefruit juice
1 oz Cinnamon syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice
3 drops Saline solution
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and grated Loomis
Legit one of the best Pisco cocktails I've had. I can't believe how easy cocktails can be so good sometimes.
