The Blood of Dawnwalker - Like Father & Like Son - Missable Quest And The Charge Manual
Like Father & Like Son is easy to lose without ever knowing it existed, because it only unlocks if you finish the Withering Away main quest properly. That means getting there on time and saving the mother. Miss that and this quest never appears for you.
The quest itself is short and simple. Run with the father to the location, do the training with him, and go through the conversation. There is no fight and nothing to fail once you are in it.
The reward is the reason to care. The Charge Manual is an Epic character development book, and it makes the Charge ability available to learn in the development tree. Charge deals damage and stuns the target along with everyone else in your path: 200% attack damage, a 2 second stun, and a 50% chance to apply bleed. It sells for 172 if you would rather have the coin, though learning it is plainly the better move.
One correction while you are here. The on-screen caption calls it a Legendary perk book at one point, and the item card in the inventory reads Epic Character Development. The card is what you will see in your own game.
Its flavour text is a soldier's diary about his wars against the Tatars, which is a nice touch for something that turns into a charge attack.
Two and a half minutes for an Epic ability, provided you did not lose the quest three hours earlier.
