Mortal Shell 2 - Auspicious Stone Location - Get This Tarstone in 15 Minutes
The Auspicious Stone is a Tarstone you can have within the first fifteen minutes of a run, and most players find it hours later or never.
Where it is: near Mushroom Village. The chest holding it needs three offerings before it opens, which is the only thing standing between you and it.
What it does: attach it to your Shell to improve the critical chance on all melee attacks. On an early run that is a straight damage increase for the entire game, which is why getting it now rather than late is worth the detour.
Tarstones are also what the Stoned trophy counts, so picking them up as you go saves a second sweep later.
