- ¼ tsp potato starch (if using mochiko)
- 1 ½ tsp water (approx)
- 3 tbsp strawberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tbsp boiled adzuki beans
- 150ml milk
- 1 ½ tsp condensed milk (optional)
- whipped cream (optional topping)
- strawberry to decorate (optional)
🍓Strawberry Sauce
- 80g strawberries (approx 5 medium)
- 2 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp lemon juice
