Sector Z is one of the harder stages to reach in the entire game, unlocked only by completing the demanding 36 searchlight stealth objective in Zoness. As an all range space combat stage, Sector Z is best known for its tense missile defence sequence, where you must shoot down incoming homing missiles before they reach and damage the Great Fox, the Star Fox team's mothership. It is a high pressure mission that rewards quick reactions and precise aiming, and the remake renders the chaos of the space battle beautifully in HDR.
