Star Fox on Nintendo Switch 2 gets a complete frame rate test, with every stage in the remake put through a custom frame rate analysis tool to see how the game performs from start to finish.

The tool measures real framerate by detecting duplicate frames to calculate true FPS separately from the container rate, alongside per frame frametime data that reveals stuttering and inconsistencies that average FPS figures would otherwise hide. This test covers every stage across the full Star Fox journey, from the opening over Corneria through the all range space battles, the underwater Aquas mission, the stealth focused Zoness and right up to the final approach to Venom, giving a complete picture of how consistently the remake performs across its wildly varied mission types.
Developed by Velan Studios, Star Fox is a cinematic remake of the legendary Star Fox 64, running with real time cutscenes and a complete visual overhaul on Nintendo Switch 2.
