I wake up, I ink the walls. This should be a lesson to any profreshional Salmon Runner. And although running away from trouble without any eggs isn't great, I don't get splatted and the eggs are thrown by squidmates. A lone Scrapper is easier to deal with, but a Drizzler gets a lucky escape when its missile is deflected elsewhere first. No matter, I get back to inking walls, like a pro. I am disappointed that our Dread Wringer makes the same mistake on the next Drizzler missile, though, but at least I beat them to the next, and both Drizzlers are splatted. Egg collecting next, with some simple bosses for texture, but Flyfish are getting in the way. I splat one bin, leaving it at that this late in the wave, and we finish as a squad with a Scrapper at the basket.

Low tide next, if I can get there with such a slow weapon as the .96 Gal. I kinda kid, but it is a bit slow. Early Flippers are easy, throwing eggs is difficult, and squid-surging away from a Maws doesn't work when you go in the wrong direction. Never mind, we're practically at quota before half the wave is done, and I'm revived by a thoughtful squidmate. Back to the basket, where a Maws is dragged, other bosses wait, and a Scrapper doesn't quite squish me against the basket. I do, however, squid backwards in to an oil drum, where I can't escape a Steelhead bomb. I'm revived, then get stuck trying to splat a Scrapper with the attention of both a Flipper and Stinger, and I drag a squidmate in to my woes. It's all good, an Inkjet revives us, and we cram some last-second eggs in to the basket for a decent tally.

The tide comes back in for the final wave, and I have a Slosher. I watch my squidmates splat the Flyfish and save my ink, which comes in handy for the Maws, and I just about orientate myself quickly enough to help with a second Flyfish. A Stinger is trouble but my Slosher won't do much, so I pull out an Inkstrike and look for more targets. It seems to do the trick. It's up a Fish Finger next, where I sit a bit lamely out of ink, which I realise and leap back in to action. A squidmate goes for the newly appeared Big Shot, so I let them go and collect more eggs, helping them by stopping a Steel Eel short. There's just time for a last flurry of egg dunking, and then it's back to the chopper--

Not yet! Here comes Joe! And Joe is coming for me. I don't quite drag it to the Flyfish, so I just shoot its red spot to start, and finish the Flyfish splat afterwards. I kinda waste the egg I get, though, but luckily not the ones from the Maws, splatted right next to the spot. That gets Joe's attention, and I drag it on to a Scrapper and Drizzler, and splat a Drizzler manually for a bunch more eggs. Joe is looking weaker, and gets weaker on its next lunge, where I decide to throw my Inkstrike at its spot. That's almost enough, and although I don't aim for its spot on the next surfacing, a squidmate must do, the damage Joe takes. And that is enough to splat them, with over twenty seconds to go. Good work, squad! Mr Grizz likes our performance too, giving us two gold scales among the rewards. Woomy!
