1. Found by Exchord92. By holding Z and rapidly pressing C-up after you finish the Barrel Blast course, you can play the bongo and skip the seal cutscene. This saves about 10 seconds. I tried doing it after the Barrel Blast courses in Frantic Factory and Creepy Castle, but I didn't get it to work. The cutscenes there are short enough that this trick might not even save time, though.
2. A little glitch that I found while I was trying the above glitch. If you stand on top of the pad, go into first-person mode with your gun, and press Z, the camera will be facing straight up when you launch into the air. You might not need to have your gun out.
