Dark License to Kill (DLTK) is the made-up fifth difficulty in GoldenEye. In DLTK, you maximize the enemy statistics in 007 mode:
Enemy health: 1000%
Enemy damage: 1000%
Enemy accuracy: 100%
Enemy reaction speed: 100%
With these settings, enemies take about 10 headshots to kill, they usually kill you in one hit, they rarely miss, and they react quickly.
I made this and my other DLTK videos a while ago, but I only uploaded the ones I thought might be interesting. Now, though, I figure I might as well upload them all in case anyone wants to see them. Keep in mind that many of these videos are very boring. My only goal was to beat the levels, so I was slow and cautious. To see faster videos, look here:

Dam DLTK is long and stressful, but it's actually not very hard. There are a lot of places where you need to snipe guards carefully, but you have the Sniper Rifle to help you there. In this video, I was almost killed by the very last guard in the level, but I managed to survive.
