To celebrate FOUR YEARS of Microwave Me, I decided to light one of those singing birthday candles and lace it with some magnesium ribbon! Unfortunately, very little, if any, of the magnesium actually went off, leaving this as another unfulfilling attempt to do something cool that ends in utter failure. I do so many little science tricks and even the most basic ones don't seem to work. This magnesium must be the safety kind as it wouldn't even light with a sparkler when just a lighter should be enough to ignite it. If it weren't for the battery randomly exploding, I wouldn't even want to air this. I'm starting to see why my subscribers get sick of me and stop watching after 1-2 videos, nothing I attempt turns out right. Like all of my recent shit, this likely will grab around 200 views. Maybe 300 tops. There's no advice you could give me that would have made the magnesium work, I tried literally EVERYTHING. I even like I said tried to use sparklers to light this to destroy it.
