Inspired by the work of HYPRKLSTRKMPLX, who first discovered this type of cluster shape:

The bubble cluster in the video is made of 12 radius 5 seamless 1 layer thick rhombic triacontahedrons (482 balls each), each of which is a polyhedron with 30 identical diamond or rhombus shaped faces in a sphere-like form. These 12 surround a core of a smaller seamless (also 1 layer thick) radius 4 rhombic triacontahedron (272 balls), for a total of 6056 5mm neodymium magnetic balls.
An alternative core of a seamless icosahedron edge 6 (252 balls) also fits nicely in the centre of the cluster, as shown in the video.
