This sound equipment blowing around in the wind is part of the City of Clearwater's new amphitheater at the $84M Coachman Park, in downtown Clearwater, FL. It's a city-owned amphitheater that Ruth Eckerd Hall (a monopoly on large musical events in Clearwater) has the contract to run on behalf of the city. Mark Anthony Burton Yusaf, the Technical Director, of the events run by Ruth Eckerd Hall, on behalf of the city, has repeatedly called the amphitheater 'private property' - as can be seen in other videos on this channel. Basically, REH is trying to steal the land from the city. REH isn't grateful for the contract. They feel entitled to it. It's like greed set in now they want it all! Remember, this is a park that was finished in 2023, with taxpayer money, to benefit the people. It's amazing that REH is trying to steal it. What would possess them to not treat it better? The fact that they got the contract isn't enough. No. It's not okay. No, they city shouldn't allow REH to persist in its apparent attempt to try to take it. Bad faith voids contracts.
