These rogue cops are totally out of control. They are claiming that the law librarian (Stephanie Michelle Howard) can follow an PENALIZING Administrative Order (AO) dictating Code of Conduct, which 1) violates Art. 1, Sec. 18 of the Florida Constitution which states that no administrative agency may imprison or penalize (duh...that's what the judiciary is for); and 2) the AO was written by the sole law librarian (Ms. Howard) vindictively (she's worked there for ~12 years) because she leaves her job early, doesn't want to be caught, and since MissyKrissyPissy is generally the only person in the law library, getting the latter out hides the former's refusal to work her complete shift (M-Th; 8:30AM to 4:30PM - the law library is unmanned on Fridays); and 3) the order was signed by Chief Judge Sean Crane, yet as I understand it, the Pinellas County Board of Commissioners (executive branch) has oversight of the law library, not the judicial branch, which would void the Chief Judge's fraudulent and erroneous order.
NOTE: The following day, I was arrested for entering the law library and spent 71 days in jail...the max time for a 810.08 trespass, when no one else is in the building, is 60 days. They tried to get me to take a plea. Keep in mind I was studying for a hearing I had coming up on another false arrest. See youtu.be/1oAk8V8b51E.
