Ruth Eckerd Hall has got to be the most hateful city contractors. It's really simple, if you hate the people don't go after city contracts that have to do with the public. The only thing Ruth Eckerd Hall seems to care about is worldwide recognition. It clearly has little, if any regard, for the community of Clearwater. Rather, it seems to have malice and spite for the people it was contracted to sign. Further, it seems to have the same goal as the Scientologists - who seem to be trying to take over downtown Clearwater, which is to ignore the locals, while enticing foreigners. Both groups seems to want to turn Clearwater into a high-end international hub, which harms rather than helps the people in the community that are already here.
