LOOKOUT DEPUTY DIVERTS attention and BLOCKS LAW LIBRARY as SGT WIRES the ROOM? TARGETED MUCH?
There is NO reason to have an x-ray machine to enter a law library. Yet, it took me well over 20 mins to get past this one to get into the law library to prep for my hearing that was to take place shortly thereafter.
The case is a false arrest. I'm targeted, so this kind of stuff happens a lot. Cameras help show what's happening. None of this would have happened if Deputy Blackmon had simply scanned my stuff through, LEGALLY...or even at all, which is how I eventually got through - under duress and coercion.
This nonsense happens every time I try to enter the law library. Rather than ending the problem by demanding that the officers under her command abide by the law, Sgt. Hinson appears to be hiding surveillance equipment in the law library. There is no warrant giving her the authority, nor could she get one. It's legal to defend yourself against a false arrest. But, that is exactly the deputies under Sgt. Hinson's have a problem with and have repeatedly harassed me about.
