This video follows the False Arrest by Office Braniff in Coachman Park. In the first video, I ask for a supervisor. Braniff says he's call his supervisor. In this video, another officer appears on the scene and the Braniff arrests without first addressing the matter with his supervisor. It's an act of fraud. Braniff intentionally mislead me so that I would wait for the supervisor. He knew I'd believe his supervisor was coming. Yet, he planned on arresting me without first addressing the matter with his supervisor. So he lied to me to harm me. Which is an act of fraud. He framed me. He set me up. Not legal!
