We have been so busy at the start of 2026 that finding time for Poppy to edit videos has been hard! So firstly, Happy New Year. I hope your 2026 has gotten off to a great start.

It was so fun looking back at this run around Countryside Park in Dereham. It's a lovely place to run and I do love a parkrun where literally 0% of the run involves tarmac! Although Poppy definitely need some new trail shoes!

The team here at Dereham parkrun are utterly fantastic! So warm, welcoming and friendly so definitely chat to the team if you visit. It was lovely to bump into our friend John and have that little reminder that it's not such a big world after all.

A huge thanks to the volunteer team here, no just for the delicious chocolate muffins, but for the incredible parkrun event on such a freezing cold day. I really appreciate each and every one of you.
