I love a parkrun birthday so I headed over to Beeston to celebrate Cross Flatt's 13th birthday. There was cake, community spirit... And a fancy dress lion thanks to Phil who is part of the core team here.

A simple parkrun morning at an event that I love. I am so grateful to all of the volunteers at Cross Flatts parkrun, Beeston, who have made this parkrun possible for the past 13 years... Here's to the next 13!
