I don't miss parkrun without a VERY good reason, so despite running a marathon a day Monday - Friday, I was still planning on parkrunning Saturday morning. My sister was visiting with my niece and nephew, so we all headed over to Armley parkrun. It turned out that it was my sister, Carla's, 50th different parkrun! She also needed an 'A' for her parkrun challenges name badge, which is why she picked to run at Armley parkrun. Luckily the sun was shining and some familiar faces meant I had a great run here. For a short moment I considered attempting a 15 mile run on Sunday to round up to a 150 mile week but luckily I recognised that would be completely arbitrary and that rest and recovery was much more important!

Huge thanks to the volunteer team at Armley parkrun for a fantastic morning.
