Week three of our van tour of Ireland took us into the Republic of Ireland to get a new parkrun country under our belts. It was also Poppy's 200th parkrun which was special. Narin Beach parkrun is a smaller parkrun event and that meant we got to chat to the lovely team more and get more of a feel for the place. We couldn't decide whether to run barefoot after the previous week at Portrush where barefoot was definitely better. You could easily run this parkrun barefoot but just be careful not to step on a jellyfish!
I can't recommend visiting The Paddock coffee shop highly enough. The staff there were such kind, lovely humans and were so welcoming that we could have stayed all day!
