This exercise dated back in the 19th cent to Jacob Happel a Turner. It is the third evolution for stick and staff fighting rilated mobility exercise. Happel uses basic moves from his staff fighting method so this will be beneficial for every martial art using sticks, staffs, swords and other weapons.
