Push-Up Lateral Crawl Combo

The Push-Up Lateral crawl combo is one of my favorite push-up variations to challenge shoulder and trunk stability.

I like using this variation with throwing athletes because of the demand it places on the rotator cuff and serratus anterior as well as the anterior core musculature.

It can also be a useful push-up variation for the every day gen pop clients to simply provide some variety and challenge outside of just adding load and repetitions.

Give this a try and let me know how you like it in the comment below!
