The "Stir The Pot" exercise a muti-planar core variation that challenges the sagittal and transverse plane muscles of the trunk. I often use this as a progression following a front plank.

Split the feet out side to provide additional support.
Maintain a stable trunk with a straight line from the head to the hips.
Rotate the arms in a circle on the ball while resisting motion at the trunk. Repeat in both directions.
