In my quest to improve my rotational power to drive the golf ball as far as I possibly can I’ve really enjoyed using the @wheelersportstech Rack Fly Wheel.

The Flywheel provides Eccentric/Isometric overload during the chop movement, really forceing you to control and reverse the direction of rotation of your trunk and pelvis.

I liken this to using a depth drop to provide eccentric overload in a jumping or hopping variation that teaches an athlete to better manage higher amounts of force through a specific movement pattern.

I would caution a few things with this variation:

1️⃣: Start with regular transverse chops on a @keiserfitness or @ancoretraining. The forces will be much higher on a flywheel and will something you’ll want to work up to.

2️⃣: Start a bit slow. The harder you pull concentrically the harder it pulls back eccentrically so make sure you can control it so you don’t injure yourself.
