The first ever #short on the Neville Grove YouTube channel, it features the stunning Rails Exclusive / Bachmann V2, which has recently been through the weathering studio, and is seen here at the head of a part fitted goods train. Another recently weathered loco, this time a Hornby J36 for my customer Mr James Watson, is seen and heard at the rear banking the consist - a combination reminiscent of the Waverley Route from Carlisle to Edinburgh for decades.

The sound was taken from archive recordings made by Peter Handford of a V2 on a fitted freight and a J36 banking at the rear - originally released on vinyl by Argo Transacord.
