A snowstorm in the morning called for some book reading time in the hot tent, dreaming about summer canoe trips to come in the sub-arctic Barrenlands. This might be a boring video for some who do not canoe trip, but if you have an interest in Canada's subarctic, it may provide some ideas for future canoe trips. After the snowstorm finished, I caught a lake trout, cooked it on the stove using my fry-baking method. Last day on the trip before packing up the next day.
This is the 7th in the series of my mid March 2014, 7-day solo winter hot tent camp in northwestern Ontario. Thanks for watching!
