In under 10 minutes, you can achieve full body relaxation by gently contracting and then relaxing muscles throughout your body, using your breath as the catalyst for release of tension. I will guide you in real time through a relaxation session starting at the feet, working up to the head and finishing in the hands. This condensed session is great when you want to relax and don't have time for a longer session. We have more power than we think to change our bodies and improve our health. In this video, we use breath as the catalyst for release of tension. It takes some practice to get used to this technique and it might feel awkward at first, but within a few sessions, you'll start noticing real results.
