What does one of our team-building events look like? While every one of our builds is bespoke to the client, some take part inside, some outside, and some in the enclosure, they all follow the same pattern. We start with a client call to see what the client is hoping to get from the day, or achieve within the team, and we then pair that with something the keepers would like for their animals.
This video shows a recent build at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve. We began inside with a ten-minute presentation, covering what we are building, as well as H&S and tool usage. The group was then split into their teams, and came out to the tables where they had everything needed to create the feeder. Tools, materials and plans. During the build, our amazing BITE team supervised, offered guidance, watched over H&S, and stepped in if asked for help. Once completed, the feeders were taken to the animals, and the group came along to watch the first reactions.
It's a great process, and one that we have now used in over 300 team builds all around the UK. Will your team be next?
